Employee profile: Andreas Anderson

🎉 Meet our resident sales wizard, executive chef, super-dad, and photographer extraordinaire, Andreas Kalvig Anderson.

🦁 The elder of the Konciv clan, Andreas is even wiser than his many years would suggest, and a true adventurer. At the not-so-humble age of 40, he's already lived about five different lives, survived back surgery, and an attack by wild lions in Kenya!

📸 For years Andreas was an expedition photographer for Hurtigruten, traveling to Antarctica, Svalbard, Greenland, and Iceland. He also spent over a decade at Stavanger Foto, becoming a beloved figure among photo enthusiasts in the city.

💼 Since joining Konciv in September 2023, Andreas has been a key part of our sales team, securing major deals like IKM Elektro and IKM Testing.

We asked Andreas a few questions:

1. What is your role at Konciv? 

“I make new customers aware of our digital platform, book and attend sales meetings, and support existing customers.”

2. Fun fact few people know?

- Drove a 16’ Buster LX along the entire Norwegian coast—3000 km! 🚤

- Almost eaten by a lion in Kenya. 🦁

3. What attracted you to Konciv? 

“The vision of building something great. The job listing said, 'Do you want to join for the journey ahead?' That line got me.”

4. What are you engaged in right now? 

“I support my colleagues and strive to boost sales, and in my spare time, when I'm not doing things around the house or with my wife and kids, I build Arduino gadgets.” 🔧

5. What is most important during a workday? 

“To be a good colleague and support my fellow Koncivers and customers.” 🤝
