Employee Profile: Afaq Mansoor Khan

𝐌𝐞𝐞𝐭 𝐀𝐟𝐚𝐪: 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐦𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐬𝐤𝐞𝐫!

Afaq manages to balance client follow-ups and implementation, coding, learning Norwegian, pursuing a master's degree, hiking, and somehow finds the time to also enjoy some time on Netflix—all at once! 🔥 

𝐀𝐟𝐚𝐪'𝐬 𝐍𝐨𝐫𝐰𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐚𝐧 𝐣𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐲 began in the summer of '22 when he moved from Peshawar, Pakistan, to Stavanger, to pursue his master's degree in Computer Science. 𝐒𝐢𝐦𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐞𝐨𝐮𝐬𝐥𝐲, 𝐡𝐞 𝐣𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐝 KONCIV 𝐚𝐬 𝐚 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐭. In this role, Afaq ensures seamless implementation of our clients’ solutions, and continues to develop the products after activation.

When asked why he chose Konciv, Afaq says it was the 𝐜𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐫-𝐟𝐨𝐜𝐮𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐚𝐜𝐡 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚 𝐰𝐢𝐝𝐞 𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐚𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐜𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐝𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐞 𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐝𝐬 that drew him in.

𝐅𝐮𝐧 𝐟𝐚𝐜𝐭: Afaq once camped overnight in brown bear territory with 𝐣𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐚𝐧 𝐚𝐱𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 (!) and no phone or internet, deep in the wilderness of Swat, Pakistan. 😲

In his free time, Afaq is still an avid mountain lover. He has explored many attractions around the Stavanger region and is always on the lookout for new trails to discover. 🌄 Besides hiking, he’s passionate about travel, having visited 10 countries and 20 cities in the last two years. Traveling allows him to experience and be inspired by different cultures.

When he's not exploring, you’ll find Afaq cozy on the couch with Netflix, or in the kitchen! Cooking is a hobby he loves, especially whipping up South Asian dishes. It’s his way of staying connected to his roots while experimenting with new recipes and flavors. 🍛
