Front-End Focused Product Expert / Developer

Konciv is a software company experiencing strong growth and is now hiring more developers to further evolve our front-end concepts and user experience. As a Product Expert with a strong front-end focus, you will be part of the product team and have a significant influence on how the Konciv platform looks, feels, and behaves.

You will work hands-on with developing and refining reactive front-end solutions, building custom portals, dashboards, and reports for our customers. You will also contribute to customer implementations by configuring the solution and translating business needs into intuitive, high-quality user interfaces. In addition, you will play an important role in sales meetings and solution design, helping demonstrate what is technically possible with the platform.

You will fit in with us if you:

Are a forward-thinking developer with a strong interest in front-end technology and modern web development.
Have experience with reactive front-end frameworks such as React, Vue, Svelte, or similar.
Have a good understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS (including responsive design).
Are familiar with component-based architecture and state management.
Are a recent graduate or have a few years of relevant experience in software development.
Enjoy a varied workday and want direct influence on both product and company development.
Like working across disciplines, including front-end development, UX, data visualization, configuration, and customer projects.
Communicate well with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Are a problem solver who enjoys understanding real customer challenges and turning them into good digital solutions.

Nice to have (but not required):

Experience with design systems or UI libraries.
Familiarity with REST APIs or backend integration.
Experience with data visualization, dashboards, or reporting tools.
Understanding of databases or data models.
Interest in UX, usability, and performance optimization.
