Konciv`s vision is to reduce implementation time, cost, and risk when delivering industrial applications by delivering a cloud-based low code software for operations and logistics. Konciv was started as an industrial collaboration between NorSea (part of Wilhelmsen) and Kongsberg Digital.

Jacob Møller (Chairman)
Mr Møller has a background from the media industry with the last 12 years as Head of M&A at Schibsted Media Group. Prior to that Mr Møller worked as a lawyer at Bugge, Arentz-Hansen & Rasmussen specializing in corporate M&A.
Jørgen Waaler (Board member)
Mr Waaler has dedicated his entire carrier within information technology & internationalization. He served as the CEO of the public company StrongPoint ASA for 16 years until 2018. Today, Waaler holds several positions as a board member and/or chairman in companies within technology, value added distributors, pharmaceutical industry and start-ups.
Luke Kendall (Board member)
Mr Kendall is a company executive and board member with 20+ Years’ experience working in Energy and Technology across Europe and Asia, currently working as the VP for solutions and industrial applications in Kongsberg Digital.
Henrik Heggland (CEO)
Mr Heggland has a broad background in software and IT. Prior to founding Konciv as a corporate startup, he held the position of Group IT and Innovation Director in a leading O&G Service company.
